Description

Spacious doube-bed room with balcony and a great view towards the Buda mountains. Move in from the 1 April 2023. Rent includes bills. Deposit necessary comes up to 2 months rent (420 EUR). Recently renovated apartment located along Metro line 2 so you could be in the city centre in 15 mins. All mod cons. Pubs, shopping mall, gym, cinema at 'spitting' distance. One of the closest pubs (Trabant Presszo) is a very friendly student-focused meeting place (mainly from CEU and Metropolitan Uni). (2 min walk) Your room comes furnished as per pics but if you need anything extra just let me know. Flat comes with all mod cons. Large fridge, stove, micro, washing machine ('Digi' broadband, TV incl. in bills) and there is plenty of storage space in the hallway with the built-in wardrobes. Currently there is no TV in the room but if you need one just let me know. Metropolitan uni 5 mins walk. 1 flat mate (me): I used to study and work in Wales (UK) so I'm used to house shares and get along with people easy. I'm 35 years old male. Anyone welcome (girls/boys), no couples or pets please. Smoking is okay but only on the balcony....
