Large and charming bedroom located in an apartment in the center of Florence (Piazza Dei Ciompi)! This bedroom is large and furnished in an antique style, with one large sunny window overlooking a peaceful garden, it features one double bed, one single bed, a desk, and a private bathroom. It is a double bedroom but it's possible to rent it as a single bedroom. This apartment is very peaceful - there is a kitchen shared with 2 other students, there is a washing machine and wifi internet, the utilities are shared between tenants - generally 3 people. HOUSE RULES: Please keep all noise levels to a minimum at any time. No parties are allowed. Behaviour: Occupancy and use of premises and common areas shall not be such as to disturb or offend residents (e.g. make excessive noise or commotion, etc.). We have the prerogative to remove any disruptive guests with full forfeiture of rent and deposits for any violation of any of these rules.
