It is easy to get around by bike and public transport (trains, Sita, tramway, bus) are within 5 minutes to 3 minutes. The flat is on the third floor without lift in a very quiet building of 3 floors. Two are the characteristics of the flat: the address is in the centre in the elegant area but also not far from the markets where you can find fresh fruits and vegetables, but there are also supermarkets, clubs where you can entertain pleasantly; the house is pleasant and comfortable with a taste all Florentine and very bright. NB. To pay in advance Condominium fees: 120 euro per months calculated on your stay (If you stay 5 motnhs, then you will have to pay 500 euros in advance. If you stay a year you will pay in advance the first 6 months and the next six month at the end) Cleaning service: 200 euros in advance (for the beggining and end cleaning) Garbage tax: 30 euros per month (if you stay 5 month, you will have to pay 150 euros in advance) House insurance: 40 euro per month NB: In the flat there is a double bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. In addition, there is another room located in a landing upstairs with a desk (very small but windowed) and another single bed in. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with all the services, a spacious living room and a full accessorized kitchen together with a dining area. There is a small room with washing machine. How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
