A few minute walk from the famous Prešern Square, Triple Bridge, Central market and alternative places: Metelkova city and Rog. Everything is in a walking distance - grocery stores, bank, post, restaurants, bars... Destripction: The studio is located in an old city building with 11 apartments. Very quiet residents. It has a big couch sofa bed (very comfortable, guests love it), a fully equipped kitchen, glass ceramic, kettle, napa, fridge microwave oven, washing machine.. CATV, wi-fi, .. pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay. The studio is best for one person since there is only one big couch sofa bed and small square footage. Rules: No smoking, no loud music from 10pm to 10am, no pets, no parties. Obligatory: our cleaning service if a tenant rents for more then a month.
