All rooms are fully furnished and equipped. All rooms have a private bathroom. The souterrain contains a large fully equipped common kitchen/living with tv area and a small second kitchen. In the buanderie you find the washer, dryer and ironing equipment. On the ground floor, you have access to an enclosed, quiet city garden of 250 square meters! In addition to the room rent, there is a monthly charge of EUR 200 to cover the costs of many extras; furniture, bedding, towels, high-speed internet, gas, water, electricity, insurance, regular cleaning, even toilet paper, kitchen towels and garbage recycling included.
