Il est situé dans une rue résidentielle à 400 mètres de la station de métro "Simonis" Le prix indiqué 349e/mois correspond au prix pour un contrat d'un an. Prix entre 10 et 11 mois + 15%. Nous n'acceptons pas de plus courtes durées. Seul les étudiants sont acceptés. Vous souhaitez la sécuriser, envoyez-moi une demande de réservation ou accepter mon invitation à réserver. Il n'est pas possible d'organiser des visites car c'est une plateforme de réservation mais je peux répondre à toutes vos questions.
