APARTMENT DESCRIPTION: Possibility of extending the contract. The building is located in a prime area of Barcelona, next to the iconic Avenida Diagonal. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. The apartment is divided into two independent areas connected by a hallway: - Area A: Independent area with 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room with TV, and 1 bathroom. This area will be shared by 3 young women. The owner will enter this area infrequently. - Area B: Independent area with 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room with TV, and 2 bathrooms (one of which is for the owner's personal use). The other will be shared by the other two tenants in this area. This area will be shared by two tenants and the owner. It includes a reverse osmosis water system. Tenants in both areas are typically students between 20 and 25 years old who rent through HousingAnywhere. The house also has a very typical interior courtyard in Barcelona's Eixample district. There is a shared rooftop terrace. The apartment has a security alarm for your protection, as well as two fire alarms. Water softening and air purification systems are included. Excellent water quality in the house with water softening systems, hydrogenated water taps, and air purification systems are included. Ozonated water is the most effective way to disinfect any surface. ROOM DESCRIPTION (Zone A): Exterior-facing room with a pleasant private balcony overlooking Calle París, where you can enjoy Barcelona's sunny days and warm nights. The room has a double bed (180x180), a recliner (ideal for relaxing), and a desk, among other amenities. The walls are covered in fabric and the floor is carpeted, giving it a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The windows have blackout curtains to ensure privacy. With Wi-Fi booster. LOCATION AND TRANSPORTATION: Ideal for students. The apartment is just a 7-minute walk from Pompeu Fabra University (Balmes Campus) and 15 minutes from the University of Barcelona. The Provença train station is 7 minutes away and is easily accessible by metro on lines 5 and 3. There are also numerous bus options from Avenida Diagonal. CONDITIONS: - Cleaning of common areas once a week is included. - The use of organic products is appreciated. - Security Deposit: A €50 security deposit will be charged and will be returned at the end of the rental period if no damage is caused to the apartment. - You will receive a rental agreement valid for the duration of your stay.
