Description

Second floor. Furnished apartment with a double bedroom with a King side bed, a sitting room with a bed sofà, One bathroom with a short tube/ shower, a dining room with furnished kitchen. A very small room with window with a single bed. The house is 100m far from the seaside, in the centre of the town, near the bus stop to Pisa and Livorno. Near the apartment there is any kind of shop, bars and restaurant. Tirrenia is a nice seaside place with a wonderful pine wood; it is pleasant in the summertime as in the other seasons. Close to Pisa (13 km) and Livorno (12 km), reachable also by bus. The apartment will be cleaned and higienized as previewed by Authorities, 6 hours before guests arriving. At the moment, in Pisa province there are few COVID19 recovered patients (0,28% registred cases/population). International guests welcome. The monthly rent is 600€, plus 100€ for every bill (common bills, electircity, heating, water). Gas bill, from October to May is not included...
