I want to rent a furnished apartment for at least a year. But in the alternative, I can also think of renting a room with a private bathroom, and sharing apartment with another girl / woman. For me, it is important to have confidence in, and have a good relationship with, the one I rent housing from. I am a decent person who likes decor and appreciate having it clean and tidy around me.
