Description

two cozy single bedrooms located in a separate space of an apartment near Santa Croce square! The space is composed of two single rooms, connected by a corridor with space for cothes and persanol items. and now we are renting it from May on either to one person or two friends each using one of the two bedrooms The apartment is very peaceful and with nice views of a garden and the Santa Croce bell tower. It has a large kitchen and sitting room, 3 bathrooms, a washing machine, and WiFi. HOUSE RULES: Please keep all noise levels to a minimum at any time. No parties are allowed. Behaviour: Occupancy and use of premises and common areas shall not be such as to disturb or offend residents (e.g. make excessive noise or commotion, etc.). We have the prerogative to remove any disruptive guests with full forfeiture of rent and deposits for any violation of any of these rules. Please be aware that Housing Anywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore, exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
