The room can be rented by two friends; in that case, the monthly price increases by 20%. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with two other bedrooms. All major monuments are within walking distance. Despite being in a lively and charming area with a supermarket, post office, bus stop, and several restaurants and bars, the apartment itself is very peaceful. Utility bills are not included and will be shared among all tenants. The estimated monthly cost is around €100, but it may be higher during winter due to heating (approximately €4 per day). Final adjustments will be based on actual consumption.
