Description

Located just a few steps from Piazza Santa Croce, this small and cozy bedroom offers two single beds or, if preferred, one single bed and a large desk ideal for studying. The room can be rented by two friends; in that case, the monthly price increases by 20%. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with two other bedrooms. All major monuments are within walking distance. Despite being in a lively and charming area with a supermarket, post office, bus stop, and several restaurants and bars, the apartment itself is very peaceful. Utility bills are not included and will be shared among all tenants. The estimated monthly cost is around €100, but it may be higher during winter due to heating (approximately €4 per day). Final adjustments will be based on actual consumption. HOUSE RULES °Keep noise to a minimum at all times. °No parties allowed. °Behavior in the room and common areas must not disturb other residents (e.g., excessive noise or disruption). Any violation may result in removal from the apartment with full forfeiture of rent and deposits. This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
