It has tram 21 and 24 stopping right in front of the apartment taking you DIRECTLY to the following locations: Schiedam central station, Rotterdam central station, Hogeschool Rotterdam, Erasmus university, Erasmus MC, Codarts and many more places. TU Delft is about 30-40 min away DOOR TO DOOR. Right next to the apartment, the largest Schiedam shopping centre is located where you can find supermarkets, clothes shops, drugstores, affordable take away food and so on. And there is also a park nearby where you can relax. Everything is within bicycle distance and there is also a basement where you can park your bike. The apartment building itself has a large kitchen area and completely renovated bathroom and toilet. Have a look at the pictures 😊 All the rooms have been cleaned, painted and renovated as well, and completely with new furniture. The kitchen is clean and large and all kinds of built in kitchen equipment are part of it. A washing machine is included as well of course. The room has a clothing closet, a new bed and matrass. The windows have lace curtain which allows sunlight to come through during the day and night. And the room has high quality blackout curtains which gives you great night of sleep.
