 This spacious room is in a 3-room apartment on the ground floor located nearby the Dora river in front of Museum Lavazza, just a few steps to the center and the Regio Parco area. The apartment has three single-use double bedrooms and a kitchen with a common area, a bathroom, a balcony towards lovely inner court with plants. The kitchen is well equipped with all the amenities including oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, laundry machine, and a spacious fridge. Each room has a big window that allows beautiful sunlight in the room while the shutter helps to have complete darkness during sleep if you need to. 
 The room is well presented and fully equipped with a double bed, large desk, desk drawer, chair, desk lamp, full-body mirror, bookshelf, wardrobe, bedside tables, bedside lamp. 
 The area of the apartment is an enjoyable and comfortable location to live in. It boasts many amenities including coffee bars, restaurants, wine bars, shops, supermarkets and gyms. 
 The apartment has great access to the city by foot as well as by public transportation. The closest Bus stop is 1-min walk away while other bus or tram stops are within a 3-4 min walk away. It is very close to the city center with a 15 min distance by foot to Piazza Castello and the Royal Palace. 
 It is very well connected to relevant places for students, too. It is just in front of IAAD, 2 mins on foot. Campus Luigi Einaudi (University of Turin) is 15 mins walk away, 5 minutes by bike or 10 mins by public transportation. Palazzo Nuovo (University of Turin) is 9 minutes by bike, 20 mins walk away or 15 mins by public transportation. IED, 30 minutes by foot, 14 minutes by bike, 23 minutes by public transportation Politecnico di Torino is 30 mins away by public transportation and 18 minutes by bike. 
 We have bike racks in the locked courtyard for your private bike or you can move around Torino with one of the many sharing services: The sharing bike station (Tobike) and sharing electric car stations (BlueTorino) are nearby within a 3-minute distance by foot. The apartment is inside the area of use for Sharing cars as Car2go, Enjoy and sharing scooters Mimoto.
