Even University College Dublin is less than 45 minutes away by bus.

 Neighbourhood: 
The residence is well-connected to the rest of the city via public transport. With a LUAS tram stop just outside the site, you can hop on a tram and reach your desired destination in no time. This will help you cut down on both time and money when traveling around the city. The famous live music venue, 3 Arena is just adjacent to the property as well. An array of restaurants, pubs, clubs, and other outlets are located close by, where you can enjoy Dublin’s lively nightlife with your friends.

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
