Durch die U-Bahnlinien U1 und U2 sind die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten, ebenso wie die Messe Wien und die UNO-City in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Neben dem beliebten Augarten ist auch der Prater, samt all seinen zahlreichen Attraktionen, spielend zu Fuß zu erreichen. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung findet man eine Vielzahl von guten Restaurants, Geschäften, Bars und Lokalen. Besonders interessant für früh- und spätanreisende Gäste ist sicherlich der Umstand, dass die Lebensmittelläden am Praterstern (wenige Minuten von dem Apartment entfernt) von 06:00 Uhr bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet sind.
