The apartment is located in Leopoldstadt, which is the name of Vienna’s 2nd district. The 2nd district is adjacent to the Inner City ( 1st District "center of the center"). The Danube Canal is the border between Leopoldstadt and the Inner City. The nice promenade along the Danube Canal can be reached from the Studio in about 15 minutes. The heart of the district - the Vorgartenmarkt is nearby and offers a variety of fresh bread, fruits, vegetables, meat and fish and nice places for breakfast and lunch. In close vicinity there are some typical Viennese restaurants and around the corner - 2 min from the Studio - is a supermarket. A bus stop is right in front of the building. The U2 stations Messe Prater and Praterstern (exit: Venediger Au ) are about 3 min walk . The U1 station Vorgartenstraße can also be reached on foot in 3 minutes (and provides direct connection to Central Train Station). From Schwedenplatz, UNO City and Praterstern there are direct train or bus connections to the airport. Car parking is best in the garage Tiefstraße - Ausstellungsstraße (5 min walk)- as the entire district is a limited parking zone (weekdays 9:00-22:00). The Studio (34m2) is newly renovated and furnished, very bright and friendly and is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a century building. In front of the building is a small park with a playground. The bedroom windows are towards a green and quite court yard. Hallway and kitchen have a small window and a beautiful entrance door in old Viennese style with parts made of milky glas towards the staircase. As light from the starecase might fall into the Studio there is a curtain protecting the sleeping room from light and potential sound from the staircase to ensure undisturbed sleep. You will enter the house from the quiet Max Winter Platz - which is actually a small park. The spacious hallway of the apartment is equipped with a new kitchen with dishwasher, oven and a Nespresso machine. The hallway leads right into the newly renovated bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine and straight into the living / bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed, dining table, large desk and TV, as well as - if needed - space for a baby-cot...

Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
