Description

Beautiful room for rent in Florence! The bedroom has a private bathroom and it is very silent as the window overlooks a large garden and the Santa Croce bell tower, and it is equipped with a queen size bed and eventually a second single bed, a wardrobe, and a desk. In this apartment, there are 3 other bedrooms generally rented to one person, a large equipped kitchen, a sitting room, and 2 other bathrooms. There is also a washing machine and facilities for hanging clothes, 2 refrigerators and a cooker with an oven. We would like to host responsible and peaceful guests! HOUSE RULES: Please keep all noise levels to a minimum at any time. No parties are allowed. Behaviour: Occupancy and use of premises and common areas shall not be such as to disturb or offend residents (e.g. make excessive noise or commotion, etc.). We have the prerogative to remove any disruptive guests with full forfeiture of rent and deposits for any violation of any of these rules.
