Description

In a cosy 8 persons studenthouse in Gronau, approx. 10 km of Enschede, you will find this room 1a at ground level. It has two large windows with rolling shutters. The room is situated above the cellar which is accessible by the tenant of this room. Because of an internship abroad, the actual tenant offers his room for sublet for the September 2023 semester. Of course his furniture can be used. In the house you will find a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms/showers/toilets and a nice terrace to have your grillparties. There is a bicycle shed that can be locked to park your bicycle safely. Shops are closeby at 300 m, trainstation to Enschede only 3 min by bike (600 m). You will be living with 7 other students, who are all studying in Enschede, either at university, academy or art college. The rent for the room is € 237,00 pcm; for utilities and internet etc. € 75,00 pcm. So total rent all-inclusive is € 312,00 pcm and includes rent, gas, water, electricity, municipal and council taxes, internet (100 mB), insurance for the house. Insurance for your personal belongings and personal accountability should be made by yourself. I will use a rental agreement of my own, not the one used by Housing Anywhere....
