Water, gas and electricity costs are included up to 50 euros per month. Consumption exceeding this amount will be paid by the tenant. This property is located in El Poble-Sec, a compact district with shady squares and elegant 19th-century architecture. It is a lively neighborhood where you can enjoy Barcelona and its nightlife. All shops, restaurants, bars, and landmarks are within walking distance. The area is well connected to public transport which makes it easy for you to move around Barcelona.
