INTERNAL CONDITIONS The apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished a couple of months ago. There are: - 5 bedrooms (4 private, one double) - 2 bathrooms - an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and kitchen equipment - a washing machine - a shared dining area - wi-fi - air conditioning The building has an elevator and concierge available every morning. DISTANCE - BOCCONI Bus 91: 25 minutes - IULM Bus 91: 15 minutes - UCSC (Università Cattolica) Tram 14: 30 minutes - UNIVERSITÀ’ DEGLI STUDI DI MILANO Tram 14: 35 minutes - NABA – DOMUS Bus 91: 20 minutes - IED (Pompeo Leoni) Bus 91: 25 minutes - MARANGONI Tram 14: 40 minutes - Tram 14 to Duomo and city centre: across the street - Bus 90 and 91 to Romolo M2, Lotto Fieramilanocity M1: across the street ROOM 2 - Single Room (16 sqm) + private terrace The room features a lovely private terrace, a single bed (90cm), a wardrobe with two rails of hangers, a chest of drawers, a desk with drawers and a chair and air conditioning. One shot admin fee includes: VAT, contract registration, third party insurance, linen and towel package, room initial and final cleaning, garbage tax. Monthly utilities (paid in advance every month) include heating, electricity, water, internet and weekly cleaning of shared spaces. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Notice of Cancellation is possible only if the contract has a duration of one year. The admin fee is due within 48 hours from the acceptance of your booking and paid directly to the landlord. If the landlord doesn't receive the Admin fee within 48 hours, the booking will not be confirmed and the landlord is free to cancel it. The admin fee is fully refunded in case of cancellation at least 45 calendar days prior to the first day of your contract and refunded at 50% for cancellations at least 30 calendar days prior to the first day of your contract The security deposit must be paid prior to check-in according to the Landlord's instructions and is 100% refundable in the event of cancellation of the booking and/or at the end of the stay upon release of the rented accommodation without damage.
