Ich suche einen neuen Mitbewohner in der sehr schönen, gut gelegenen, klimatisierten Dachgeschosswohnung im 19ten Bezirk Hard facts: -Dein Zimmer hat ca. 15 qm -Die Wohnung hat einen Gemeinschaftsraum (Ess- oder Wohnzimmer) -Küche inkl. Spühlmaschine ist vorhanden -Schlafzimmern und Wohnzimmer verfügen über eine eingebaute Klimaanlage -Wohnung ist im 4ten Stock (Lift vorhanden) -Erstbezug war Feb. 2018 -Anbindung Straßenbahn 37/38 direkt vor der Tür (1-Gehminute) und U6 Station Nußdorferstraße sowie u4/u6 Station Spittelau (ca. 5 Gehminuten) entfernt -Miete 550€/Person (inklusive Betriebskosten Strom, Gas, Internet, Versicherung) -Kaution 1185€ Da mein Mitbewohner der Eigentümer der bisherigen Einrichtung ist, müssen wir Waschmaschine, Sofa, Sofatisch, und einen Esstisch gemeinsam besorgen. Das können wir bei der Besichtigung noch besprechen. Zu mir: Mein Name ist Markus (hidden), bin 27 Jahr alt und ich arbeite als Ingenieur in einem Büro in Niederösterreich. Ich bin ein unkomplizierter Mensch und gehe eher selten fort zum Feiern. Da ich vollzeit arbeite werde ich unter der Woche nur am Abend zu hause sein. Genaueres besprechen wir am besten persönlich....
