Location and neighborhood: We welcome you to stay in our lovely house in the heart of Reykjavik. From here you can experience all the main wonders of downtown Reykjavik. Awaiting just a few footsteps away from our doorstep are galleries, museums, swimming pools etc.. If you are a student, the University of Iceland, then it is in 10-15 min walking distance. And the biggest bonus is that even though our house is in the center of Reykjavik the neighborhood is quiet so you can sleep soundly between adventures. The room and common area: The room is a cozy private room (13 m2). Two rooms share a nice bathroom. You also have access to our nice brand new common kitchen (room + common area = 23 m2)....
