All public transport stop is located just few meters away. New supermarket Rimi is just 100 meter away. Old city is 5 minuts by walk. Beatifull garden located few blocks away there you can find nice and quite place for resting. Apartment has microwave, hot-plate, fridge, washing machine. Apartment has electrical heating. It is necessery to wait for one minut before water become hot. Usually utilities bills is around 70 euro in summer time and around 120 euro in winter time per person per room. Utilities bills are divided equally with your flatmate....
