The apartment is divided into two floors. On the first floor there are: • Living Relax Entry Hall with TV • Big Kitchen with Terrace • 5 Single Rooms • 2 Bathrooms On the ground floor, there is: • A ONE-ROOM APARTMENT with a private entry and a private toilet room. • Only the kitchen is shared with the tenants on the first floor, accessible via internal stairs. The apartment is situated near Prato della Valle, in the neighbourhood called Madonna Pellegrina, which is a residential area in the southern part of Padua. The condominium is fenced in, so it is private and very quiet. The residential neighbourhood is quiet, too, and in the zone surrounding the house you can find anything you need. A few minutes away from the house there is the Supermarket Alì, but also various stores, bars, pizzerias and restaurants, such as the Greek restaurant Suvlaki.
