The place is cosy and still. You can reach by foot everything you want: supermarket, pharmacy, patisserie, shops, bars. This is a place where you can find peace and quietness. Pets not allowed. No smoking. No party. Monthly rent: 800+ 175 euroscondominium fees. 30 euros every four months for rubbish. 800 euros plus 170 euros fees...
