Myyrmäki shopping center and education institutions are located within 5mins with a bike. Bike room separately as well. The apartment features highspeed internet, smartlocks on the room doors, two fridge/freezer combinations in the kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, and an oven/stove. 4 separate rooms: 11,5m2, 12m2, 16m2 and 24m2. This is the 16m2 room. Only kitchen next door. The rent includes internet, and electricity with reasonable use, i.e. no greenhouse lights, cryptocurrency mining, etc. Water cost is per person.
