A private room with a private entrance on the bottom floor of the house (fully furnished) with a sink, stove, refrigerator, oven and utensils (about 18 sq meters). Bed and linen, towels, etc are all provided. The bathroom and shower facilities are in a corridor and are shared with one other room. It's a nice quiet location, close to a bus stop that goes directly to University of Iceland and about 15-20 minute bike ride from the university. A grocery store is a 4 minute walk away, one of the biggest swimming pools is 15 minutes away as well as a large park (running, training, etc). Two families own and live in the house. We're looking for a quiet, clean, and a non-smoker tenant. The rent is 110.000 ISK per month. Wifi, electricity, heating and all other utilities are all included in this rental price....
