The room is part of a beautiful apartment and it shares common areas with 6 other rooms. The apartment consists of 7 single bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and kitchen utensils. A washing machine and high-performance Wi-Fi are included in the price. Welcome home :) The property is part of Berlin-Charlottenburg, very close to Technische Universität BERLIN -TU (only 400 meters). This neighborhood is a superb urban area and young people love to stay here it provides all the necessary amenities to have an easy life. All shops, restaurants, parks, and public transport are within walking distance and the location is very close to the transit stop U - Bhf Bismarckstraße. All additional costs are also included. Processing Fee is 130 euro. You will get your deposit after your rental period. You just have to bring your own personal belongings and can move in with us. How rent is calculated

If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.

More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
