Thre is a bus stop by walking distance ot rach the city cneter (10mins) or you can bike (10min). You can use a bike parking. The room is very large, and equipped, There is a french size bed, spacious wardrobe,desk, chair, sofa, library. The flat on the ground floor is composed by a large equipped kitchen with TV, nice bathroom and other 3 bedrooms. The flat is shared only with international or italian students. The monthly rent is with all utilities included: electricity, gas, heating, high-speed internet, trash waste, service charges. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore, exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible before the booking.
