Is a very beautiful apartament in a building of 800 in the center of the city and newly furnished. There are 5 rooms for 5 female students, one bedroom has private bathroom, 4 bedrooms share 1 bathroom (shown in photo). The area is very safe, supermarket, bank, shops, restaurants, bars are within 200 meters. Fully equipped kitchen, Fast Fiber Wi-Fi. The apartment is quiet and clean so I only look for quiet and orderly tenants. The ALL INCLUSIVE formula includes rent, condominium, electricity, gas, water, internet, cleaning of common areas once a week and waste tax, therefore maximum transparency: the price indicated is what you will really pay in the end! 1 month security deposit.
