La habitación tiene llave individual y silla de estudio muy cómoda (es muy importante). La casa es confortable y está equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar, el frigorífico es grande, hay vitrocerámica y el calentador es eléctrico. Va incluida la ropa de cama. Los gastos mensuales son 30 euros y son: agua, luz, comunidad y wifi. En el piso hay 3 habitaciones y espacios comunes: cocina, baño y lavadero.Como es una 4a planta hay buena luz.
