Im ersten Stock unseres Neubaus vermieten wir (Carolin und Thomas) einzelne Zimmer für jeweils 2-3 Personen. Die Zimmer/Wohnungen sind voll ausgestattet (Geschirrspühler, Waschmaschine, etc...). Man hat einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Alpen und ist nur 10 Minuten vom Attersee entfernt! Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, umgeben von Feldern und Wäldern aber trotzdem nur 5 Minuten entfernt von der nächsten größeren Ortschaft. Der Wohnraum Die Wohnung im 1. Obergeschoß hat 5 versperrbare Zweibettzimmer. Durch die große Südseitige Fensterfront hat man einen unglaublichen Fern und Bergblick! Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Küche, WCs und Bäder sind Gemeinschaftsbereiche. Es sind Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Urlauben/Wohnen/Arbeiten benötigt! Spezial-Ebikes für eine Ausflug in die Umgebung oder zum Attersee werden kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt!
