The apartment has been recently renewed and is totally furnished in a modern minimalistic style according to our high standards. The apartment is divided into two floors. On the first floor, there is a living relax entry hall with a TV, a spacious kitchen with a terrace, 5 single rooms, and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a one-room apartment with a private entry and a private toilet room. The kitchen is shared with the tenants on the first floor, accessible via internal stairs. The apartment is located near Prato della Valle, in the Madonna Pellegrina neighborhood, a quiet residential area in the southern part of Padua. The condominium is fenced in, ensuring privacy and a tranquil environment. The surrounding neighborhood is also quiet and offers all necessary amenities. A few minutes away from the apartment, you'll find the Alì Supermarket, as well as various stores, bars, pizzerias, and restaurants like the Greek restaurant Suvlaki.
