The flat is fitted with a washer-dryer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The bathroom comes with a full bathtub, rain shower and rimless toilet seat. DSL broadband internet and all utilities are included in the rent. Vehicle (kerbside) parking is possible on one of the surrounding streets without a fee....
