It is located on the mezzanine floor of a charming old building, which also got renovated few years ago. The apartment offers approx. 30m2 and is equipped with a high-quality kitchen (incl. dishwasher, coffeemaker, ofen, stove etc). There is a central heating and a nice bathroom and a washing machine. ______________ LEGAL INFORMATION: The apartment must be rented for a minimum of three months and a maximum of 12 months (for legal reasons). Important: Many apartments in Vienna are rented at short notice, although this is not permitted. This apartment has the correct permission for short and medium term rentals, so it is a legal short term apartment where all taxes are paid correctly and there can be no problems.
