It is located on the mezzanine floor of a charming old building, which also got renovated few years ago. The apartment offers approx. 30m2 and is equipped with a high-quality kitchen (incl. dishwasher, coffeemaker, ofen, stove etc). There is a central heating and a nice bathroom and a washing machine. ______________ LEGAL INFORMATION: The apartment must be rented for a minimum of three months and a maximum of 12 months (for legal reasons).
