The apartment is fully furnished and has many advantages such as wireless internet, a flat screen TV, an equipped kitchen, a large balcony with a view of the water and a bedroom with a large double bed. Thanks to the great windows to the balcony the apartment is beautifully flooded by light and very quiet. In the morning you can listen to the birdsong on the balcony, relax in the evening after a long day in the capital or simply enjoy the incredible view. Area Close by are public transport stops, all of which are within easy walking distance. Also the famous Alexanderplatz is only a few steps away from where you can go almost in all directions. The most popular bars, the most beautiful cafes and restaurants Friedrichshain are all easy to reach either on foot, by bus or bicycle. Depending on traffic, you can reach BER Airport in about 15-20 minutes. Registration (Anmeldung) is possible in this apartment. We will provide you the necessary document für your registration ("Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung"). Type of contract: The deposit and the first and last full month's rent must be paid in advance. The indicated price refers to an occupancy of the apartment with up to two persons. For each additional person 100,- Euro per person and month will be charged. In addition to the rent, every month 300,- € of minimum prepayments for the consumption costs of water (cold/hot), heating (gas) and energy must be paid monthly. The prepayment is not refundable in case of lower consumption but usually covers the cost for normal, usual consumption. If the consumption costs exceed the advance payments due to excess consumption, the difference must be paid by the tenant (fair- & climate-friendly use agreement).
