Toplocatie in het centrum van Rotterdam (Goudsesingel). Markthal, Station Blaak, De Meent liggen allemaal op loopafstand. Supermarkten (AH, Jumbo en Dirk) zitten ook heel dicht in de buurt. Aan de achterzijde ligt een klein park met rondom openbare parkeergelegenheid. Parkeren met parkeervergunning kost EUR 9,60 per maand. Tramhalte zit voor de deur. Keuken en woonkamer zijn beiden zeer ruim. Balkon is op het Westen. Er is een vaatwasser, wasmachine, droger en smart TV etc. Slaapkamer is volledig gemeubileerd (15m2) zie foto's: maandhuur EUR 925,- incl g/w/l/ + internet Borg is 1 maand huur. We zoeken expats of young professionals. Je andere 2 roommates zijn ook young professionals (beiden vrouw) Geen huisdieren en er moet regelmatig schoongemaakt worden. At the backside there is a small park with public parking. You can apply for a parkingpermit at the City Hallo for EUR 9,60 a month. Tram stop is just in front. There is a large kitchen and the livingroom is also very big. You can use the dishwasher, washingmachine, dryer and smart TV.
