The balcony can be accessed via the bedroom. There is also a smaller room, which has a desk and office chair and which can be used as a study/work room area (please note this is not an extra bedroom). Furthermore, there is a small storage room on the balcony with chairs and table for the balcony. Lusthofstraat shopping street is at walking distance, Erasmus University is nearby (walking distance; also can be reached by tram or bicycle) and also the golf course, the Kralingse Plas (Lake) & forest, arboretum are also nearby. Metro and various trams are just a few minutes walk away and the centre of Rotterdam can be easily reached.
