The house was totally renovated in 2018, restoring all the original glory, whilst bringing the house to modern standards. The nine rooms vary from 32 to 44 square meters each. The location is on a residential street, around the corner from the Arts/Loi metro station. All rooms are for single use, non-smoking, young professionals with EU work permit. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped. All rooms have a private bathroom. The souterrain contains a large fully equipped common kitchen with tv area and a small kitchen to use privately. In the buanderie you find the washer, dryer and ironing equipment. On the ground floor, you have access to an enclosed, quiet city garden of 250 square meters! Room 2 is on the first floor, street side, with large windows and a small balcony. It is 36 square meters with a private bathroom of 8 square meters, just outside the main room. Both can be locked individually. In addition to the room rent, there is a monthly charge of EUR 175 to cover the costs for many extras; furniture, bedding, towels, functioning television (tv channels or Netflix) in each room, high-speed internet, gas, water, electricity, insurance, regular cleaning, even toilet paper, kitchen towels and garbage recycling included.
