It is an open space that connects with the living room where you will find a table to enjoy meals, a large sofa and a TV. Then, you will see the bathroom and the bedroom with a double bed of 1.50 and a big wardrobe. In addition, in the apartment, you will also have a washing machine and a dryer plus WiFi, and stove. The rent includes the cleaning of the entire apartment once a month. ABOUT THE AREA: The apartment is located on Lincoln Street, the upper area of Barcelona. It is super close to Plaza Molina, between Via Augusta and Balmes. Around the apartment, you will find many leisure venues, shops, and El Pilar Hospital. In addition, it is just a few steps from the metro stops Pl. Molina, Sant Gervasi and Gràcia.
