ROOMS The rooms have modern equipment with central heating, free internet connection. Sheets and bed covers are provided, but you need to bring your personal towels. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and to be shared by one other trainee, student or young professional. LOCATION It's quite centrally located in a commercial area where various supermarkets are close by such as CoMarché, Colruyt, Lidl and Aldi. Just across the street one finds a launderette, a medical cabinet, bakeries, a snack bar and a pizzeria. A fitness gym is within reach. Furthermore it features everything you need for a vibrant life in Brussels. When you need to get a dose of the city centre, you can just hop on a metro and reach Brussels Centre in just 15 minutes. The newest and largest metro station Gare de l’Ouest (West Station) is at 10’ walk from the apartment providing excellent direct connections. The distance to the Parliament and EU Commission is about 20 min from the house. Brussels old part centre about 15 min. In 9' walk you can reach the beautiful Marie-José and Albert parks and in 14' walk the Scheutbos Park which is more impressive with its grass-lands, hedges, bushes, woods and little rivers. It reminds the former rural panorama of this part of Brussels and is a transition between the agglomeration and the countryside. The park has a surface of 50 hectares and is ideal for jogging, walking or relaxing on a sunny day. Dilbeek, a Flemish village, is about 5 kms from the flat. Lovely village to have a walk in its woods and fields and to enjoy a drink in one of the bars around the municipal castle. HOW TO GET HERE From Zaventem you take the train to Brussels Midi (Zuid). If you have a lot of luggage the best way to get here is: 1) Get off at Brussels Midi (Zuid) and take exit “Tour de Midi“(Zuidertoren). Go left towards the busses. Then this option is not to be recommended. 2) Take the metro to “Koning Boudewijn” (ligne 6) or to “Simonis (Leopold II)” (ligne 2) and get out at “Gare de l'Ouest“(Weststation). As you get out, turn to the right and take the largest street "Chaussée de Ninove". How to book this property

When you find a property you like it's fairly simple to make a booking. Both the tenant and the landlord need to confirm before completing a booking. This is how it works:

  1. Select your dates to check for availability.
  2. Contact the landlord by clicking on the contact button.
  3. Introduce yourself to the landlord. Ask any questions you might have.
  4. When you are ready to book, send a booking request.
  5. When the landlord approves and the payment is completed, you have successfully booked the property.

You don’t need to perform a viewing on HousingAnywhere, here's why:

  1. All of the properties on HousingAnywhere have pictures and a clear description. If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the landlord.
  2. Restricting viewings provides equal chances for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad.
  3. HousingAnywhere makes sure the property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the landlord after you have successfully moved in.
After you have made a booking, the contact details of the landlord will be shared with you. You can get in touch with the landlord directly, or keep using the HousingAnywhere chat. All the successive rental costs can be paid securely through HousingAnywhere.
