A storage (bicycle ) room is located on the ground floor. The lobby is secured by two doors and an elevator will take you to the 3th floor. Bathroom is newly renovated with shower and bath. Registration is possible for two people. We do NOT rent out by the room, but only the entire appartment. Minimum rental period is 1 year. Rental price is for the unfurnished appartment only and does not include electricity, water, local taxes, internet, tv, etc. etc. Proof of citizenship or permit to live in Holland a necessity. Proof of employment or registration to the university is also a must. The deposit is 2 months rent or an other garanty of some sort.
