Ideal for students at Háskóli Íslands (University of Iceland). Bus route nr. 1 stops within 3 minute walking distance and takes you to the university within 30 minutes, no change of bus needed. The studio is located in our guesthouse which is separate from the main house, i.e. good privacy! It is fully furnished, with a kitchenette (incl. stove-top/hot-plate, microwave oven, fridge, dishes & cutlery etc.) The studio has its own washing machine and of course a private bathroom with shower. N.B. The studio is intended for a single individual, but it could also be rented to two persons, for an additional fee....
