Situated on the fourth floor of a historic building in Via dei Calzaiuoli, halfway between the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio, and very close to Piazza della Repubblica. Geographically speaking the apartment could not be more central as the street runs through the heart of the city. It provides an excellent starting point to take advantage of everything the city has to offer. A stay here allows you to immerse yourself in the rich history, culture, and art for which Florence is so famed. The centrality of the location also ensures that you will be steps from Florence's most important shops, restaurants, and lounges. The building is equipped with an elevator, allowing guests to enjoy the elevated position of the apartment without having to worry about the stairs. It opens up into the comfortable and stylish living area. You will find a fully equipped kitchen including a dining area, and two single sofa beds to accomodate guests for the evening or to lounge after meals. To the right of the living area is a door that leads to the master bedroom. Here you will find a spacious double bed (160 cm mattress which cannot be split) and an ensuite bathroom. Despite its location in the bustlng heart of the city, the apartment is a peaceful pied-à-terre perfect for both short and long term rentals. An ideal residence for couples, families or small groups (up to 4 guests). Independent heating and air conditioning are included. Located in Via dei Calzaiuoli in Florence. Originally a Roman road, it was the main thoroughfare of the medieval city, and links Piazza del Duomo with Piazza della Signoria. It remains one of the busiest streets in the city and hosts one of the main shopping promenades frequented by tourists and Florentines alike. Via dei Calzaiuoli is charasmatically Florentine. It boasts the presence of many of the most important historical buildings and monuments, including the beautiful church of Orsammichele located just a few steps from our apartment.
