Your rental contract start date is determined by your planned move-in date, with one key condition: your contract must start within 15 days of the property's first available date (exceptions possible). • Move-ins between the 1st and 15th: Your contract begins on the 1st of the month. • Move-ins from the 16th to the end of the month: Your contract begins on the 16th. Please note that check-ins are not available on weekends or public holidays. If you cancel when your move-in date is:
- More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 15 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
- Less than 14 days away – No refund
The Tenant Protection fee is non-refundable.
