I am sub renting a nice fully furnished studio for a maximum of 6 months (Feb-Jul). It’s on the ground floor with direct access to a small private garden. It is 4 minutes biking distance to the Hospital and is close to multiple grocery stores. Water, Gas, electricity and internet is included in the price. There is also a washing machine, fridge, microwave/oven, tv and a double induction cooking plate in the studio....
