Connectivity: You can reach the train station in 5 minutes and University in 12 minutes by bike. The bus stop and Winkel centrum (market) is a 2 minute walk where you can find many stores for all purposes. Fitness: The swimming pool and gym is next door, not even worth to mention the distance. Space and amenities: The room is spacious (11m2 approx.) with a nice bed, big cupboard, and view to the waters. You will also get a table and chair to study, and additional storage (other than the room), so that your room remains spacious. There is a sunny backyard on the waters where you can do fishing or gardening. There is a nice big bathroom, a separate toilet and a beautiful kitchen, everything you might need is here. There is a garage with essential tools to repair a bike. There is no television to maintain quietness, but you will get a login code to watch TV on your laptop in your room. There is no pet, but if you want to bring your pet, then we can talk about it. The setup of the living room is a bit changed since taking the pics, but space and light is the same.
