Everything is within walking distance - Supermarket 3 min walk - Fresh Bakery, butcher, cheese specialist, super cozy coffee shop 1 min walk - Zaandam station 10 min walk. - Central shopping street 5 min walk. - Nightlife 6 min walk. By public transport you are within 20 minutes at Amsterdam Central station Personally, I have tried as hard as possible to arrange everything for the tenant.
