It's located 5min walking from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, 7 min walking from Metro and Train Station (Getafe Central), 3 min from the center of Getafe and 20min from the heart of our beloved Madrid. 30 min Campus Universidad Carlos III in Leganés o Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Fuenlabrada, Alcorcón). Very calm neighborhood with a big patio (shared with the community) and concierge. The entrance is ground level but the real level of the windows is of a first floor as the building is built in a bit of a hill street. Utilities are paid apart, depending on your own spending...
